The Formal Facts: Khalia Deborah Consulting is an organization in which we help individuals and entrepreneurs innovate, transform and grow from where they currently are in their journey to where they desire to be. I facilitate and coach on Growth Mindset, Goal Setting and Entrepreneurship. I am also the founder Dreams To Founder, Inc. Dreams To Founder is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization in which our mission is to provide equal access to resources and opportunities in the areas of professional development, life and entrepreneurial coaching and spiritual guidance. Lastly, I am an author of Cheers To The Fall and The Purpose Of It All and the host of the Fixed To Grow Podcast.
What I Believe: I believe that we were all created to do something that will impact the life of someone else. Whether it is one person or thousands, our lives are greater than our own desires. Through all of the highs and lows (and I mean even the lowest we can possibly get), we can still experience fulfillment and satisfaction of purpose and meaning from life. It all starts with our mindset and our perspective of our lives and what we believe we are capable of doing. The ability to see the opportunity and lessons in life opens doors to a more creative, innovative and meaningful fulfilled life. Your life’s work starts inwardly with your mindset and shows outwardly in your actions. Don’t shy away from your story (even the cringe worthy parts) because your story, experiences and lessons have the creative ability do something amazing in someone else’s life.
